Account Deletion – DM Technology

DM Technology respects your privacy and gives you full control over your account and personal data.

This page applies to all customers and vendors who created an account using the DM Technology mobile app or website.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete Account from App or Website

1. Log in to your account

2. Go to Profile

3. Tap the menu (three dots) Profile → menu (⋮) → Delete account

4. Select "Delete Account"

5. Confirm deletion

Note: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. After deletion, you will no longer be able to log in.

Option 2: Request Account Deletion via Email

If you are unable to access your account, send an email from your registered email address to:

support@dmtechnologypk.com

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Please include:

- Your registered email or phone number

- Whether you are a customer or vendor

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 working days.

Data Retention

Some data may be retained if required by law (such as invoices or tax records). All other personal data will be permanently deleted.
